Thank You for Taking a Seat
Gracey Tile Club PDX started with a pretty simple idea: create a place where people could learn American Mahjong, find people to play with, and feel like they belonged at the table.
And you did.
Whether you came to Mahjong 101, joined an Open Play, brought friends to a private table, followed along online, or simply told someone about the club, thank you.
This community is growing because of the people sitting at the tables. I'm really glad you're one of them.

Grab Your Fall PassHelp Me Grow the Table
Gracey Tile Club PDX has grown largely because players tell other players about it. There are a few really easy ways you can help.
Bring someone to the table. Refer a new player to Mahjong 101, Open Play or a private event. Have them enter your name when registering and I'll send you a reward toward future play.
Leave a Google review. If you've enjoyed your experience at Gracey Tile Club PDX, a quick review helps someone searching for Mahjong in Portland decide to take that first seat. Leave a review →
Give the club a little love online. Follow Gracey Tile Club PDX on Instagram and Facebook. Likes, comments, shares and saves help more Portland players find us.

And if you happen to be scouting a good table in Sellwood lately, there might be a reason. The first Gracey Tile Club PDX Winter League is quietly coming together. More soon.
Destash to Restash
Apparently running a Mahjong club also means developing strong opinions about tiles, mats, racks and all the pretty things that make a table.
So I'm making some room. Each month I'll offer a few gently used Gracey Tile Club PDX pieces to members first, at a discount, before I restash the tables. All pieces are gently used and well taken care of. Proof of purchase provided upon request.

A little look at what's been happening lately at Gracey Tile Club PDX.
We posted about two-player Mahjong on Instagram this month, and it turns out a lot of you have been quietly wondering the same thing. If it is not just me and you want it as a regular offering, let me know at your next class or Open Play.

What would make Gracey Tile Club PDX even better?
More Open Play times? Strategy sessions? Special events? Two-player Mahjong? League play? Something I haven't thought of yet?
Come tell me at your next class or Open Play. I read every bit of feedback I get.
And if there's somewhere around Portland you'd love to see Gracey Tile Club PDX pop up next, tell me that too.
